  • No Future Renewals: When you cancel your subscription, your current service will cease, and no future subscription renewals will be charged to your original payment method. Your access to paid features will end at the close of your current billing cycle (e.g., end of the month if you pay monthly).

  • Service Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to your account and potentially limited features until the end of the paid billing period for which you have already paid.


2. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is structured to be fair and transparent:

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Non-Refundable Services:

    • Monthly Subscriptions: Generally, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a monthly payment is processed, you retain access to the service for that month.

    • Domain Registrations: Fees for domain name registrations are typically non-refundable once the domain has been registered.

    • Third-Party Add-ons/Integrations: Fees for any third-party services, apps, or integrations purchased through or linked to the TechSlideITS platform are subject to the refund policies of those respective third-party providers.

    • Setup Fees/Custom Work: Any one-time setup fees or charges for custom development work are non-refundable.

  • How to Request a Refund: All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our support channel at hello@techslideitsolutions.com, detailing the reason for the request and your account information.


3. Refund Processing

  • Credit to Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. Please note that the exact time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Currency: All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment.
